Welcome to KASELVET's Shipping page! Here you will find detailed information about the delivery of our products within Romania, including our shipping and return policy, and other important details. We are committed to providing you with high-quality services to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Shipping Methods
To ensure the fast and safe delivery of our products, we collaborate with the courier company Cargus. This allows us to guarantee that products reach you in the best conditions.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed on the same day, while those placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended. We will inform you by email or phone in case of any delays.
Shipping Costs
- The standard shipping cost is 25 RON.
All shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to Cargus's tracking page. This link will allow you to check the real-time status of your order delivery.
Return Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase from KASELVET. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please follow our return procedures described below.

Return Period: You have the right to return any product within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to state a reason, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance 130/2000 regarding consumer protection for distance contracts, as amended by Law 51/2003, Law 365/2002, Law 363/2007, and Government Emergency Ordinance 174/2008: “The consumer (according to current legislation, a consumer is any individual or group of individuals organized in associations, who buy, acquire, use, or consume products or services outside their professional activity) has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service provisions, from the conclusion of the contract.”

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents, without signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure:
- Contact us at centrulcomercial@gmail.com or by phone at +40 770 642 951 to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Pack the product appropriately to avoid damage during transport and ship it to our working point: DN17C 344, Dumitra.

Return Costs: Shipping costs for returned products will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the delivered product is different from the one ordered or is defective).

Refunds: Once the returned product arrives at our working point and is verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For card payments, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the issuing bank's policy.
