Delivery Process
After you place your order on our website, we will keep you updated on your order status via email. All orders are processed within 12-24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days of placing the order.

Delivery Fees
KASELVET offers free delivery for orders that include packaged honey products. For orders that do not meet this condition, a fixed delivery fee of 25 RON applies, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day, and those placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended. We will inform you by email or phone in case of any delays.

Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from KASELVET. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please follow our return procedures described below:
- Return Period: You have the right to return any product within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to state a reason.
- Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents, without signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet these conditions.
- Return Procedure: Contact us at the email address centrulcomercial@gmail.com or by phone at +40 770 642 951 to request a return. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Package the product properly to avoid damage during transit and send it to our work point: DN17C 344, Dumitra.
- Return Costs: Shipping costs for returned products will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the product delivered is different from the one ordered or is defective).
- Refund: Once the returned product arrives at our work point and is verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For card payments, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the issuing bank's policy.
