Products and Prices
1.1. Products Offered
The Website offers for sale various surgical instruments, livestock equipment, microscopes, and other veterinary products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and prices. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
1.2. Prices
Prices are displayed in RON and do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total order value during checkout. All delivery costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Orders and Payments
2.1. Placing Orders
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are processed within 12-24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days from the order placement. The buyer declares that they accept the present conditions and will pay the courier the total amount due for the order. Non-payment or non-collection of the package if it has been handed over to the courier company does not cancel the order and does not exempt the buyer from paying the amount established by the order. A late penalty of 1% per day of the order value applies.
2.2. Payment Methods
Payment can be made through the payment methods available on the Website. By completing a payment transaction, you confirm that the payment details provided are correct and valid.
2.3. Order Cancellation
Kaselvet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including if the product is out of stock, if payment is refused, or if there are suspicions of fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to select our customers.
Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Delivery Methods
To ensure fast and secure delivery of our products, we collaborate with the courier company Cargus. This allows us to guarantee that the products reach you in the best possible condition.
3.2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day, and those placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, delivery time may be slightly extended. We will inform you by email or phone in case of any delays.
3.3. Delivery Costs
The standard delivery cost is 25 RON. All delivery costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
3.4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to Cargus's tracking page. This link will allow you to check the real-time status of your order delivery.
3.5. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Any damage resulting from the transportation or handling of shipped products is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
4.1. Return Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase from Kaselvet. You have the right to return any product within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to state a reason, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance 130/2000.
4.2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and related documents, without signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet these conditions.
4.3. Return Procedure
Contact us at centrulcomercial@gmail.com or by phone at +40 770 642 951 to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport and ship it to our work point: DN17C 344, Dumitra.
4.4. Return Costs
Shipping costs for returning products will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the delivered product is different from the one ordered or is defective).
4.5. Refund
Once the returned product arrives at our work point and is inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of card payments, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the policy of the issuing bank.
